What every Insider asks.
How much does it cost to publish an experience?
Nothing. Publishing is free with no limit on experiences. PannGo only charges a commission on confirmed bookings, itemised per spot before you accept each request.
Do I need to be a professional guide or have a company?
You don’t need a company or a qualification to start. You only need to verify your identity and connect your payout account. You’re responsible for your tax obligations and any permits your activity requires depending on your situation.
How do I decide when I work?
You set your schedule: which days, what times and with what weekly recurrence you offer the experience. You can block the dates you don’t want to open and adjust the spots of each session whenever you like.
Can I choose who I accept?
Yes. You can switch on manual approval to review and accept each request, or automatic approval so you never miss a booking. Every traveller arrives with verified identity and public reviews.
When do I get paid?
The traveller’s payment is held from the booking and is released to your account when you confirm the experience by validating attendance with the QR. No long waits or manual transfers.
What happens if someone cancels?
You choose the cancellation policy of each experience —flexible, moderate or strict— and it’s visible before they book. Depending on the policy, you keep the corresponding percentage if they cancel out of time.
