How do I find plans near me?
Type your city in the search box or turn on the browser’s location. PannGo shows you getaways, routes and gear available at the destination, all verified by the community. You can filter by type, accessibility, risk level or whether a guide is included.
Is it safe to pay inside the app?
Yes. Payment is made with Stripe and held until the booking is confirmed or the handover is validated. You see the full breakdown —price, commission and deposit— before confirming, with no surprises or fine print.
How does the deposit work when renting gear?
When you rent gear, a deposit is blocked on your card about 12 hours before pickup and released automatically after return. It would only be charged if there were damage, and never above the amount you see when booking.
What is the pickup and return QR?
It’s the way to validate the handover without misunderstandings. When you pick up the gear or start the experience, you scan the QR; on return, it’s scanned again to close the booking and release the deposit. It’s all recorded in your history.
Can I cancel a booking?
It depends on each listing’s cancellation policy —no fee, moderate or strict—, always visible before you pay. If the organiser doesn’t respond to your request in time, the booking is released and you get your money back.
Do experiences come with a guide?
Some include an Insider or local guide who comes along; others are self-guided. Each listing states whether a guide is included, the language, the duration and the risk level, so you know exactly what you’re booking.
